Our Postage Promise
All of our postal charges both domestic and international are calculated based purely on the weight and volumetric size of the goods you order and include packaging materials. To this end we guarantee that our postal prices are both extremely fair and realistic.

Deliveries are made during normal working hours (Monday - Friday between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00).
Each parcel is sent with live tracking information and requires a signature at the specified delivery address.
We can deliver to both residential and business addresses, with delivery times and signature in mind please select the most appropriate delivery address.
Should you not be there to sign for your parcel a missed delivery card will be left, using this you can arrange one re-delivery attempt free of charge.
Despatch time
We aim to process and despatch orders within 1 working day from the date of purchase. However, in the event that we have insufficient stocks to fulfil your order, we will notify and advise you of an anticipated lead time.

Please note: Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide you with further information.
Insurance
Due to the quality control system implemented in our warehouse during the packing process, we personally guarantee the successful and safe delivery of your items. As such we will therefore cover any loss or damage to your goods while they are in transit.
This guarantee excludes any charges that may be incurred for failed delivery and / or subsequent redeliveries and is subject to our returns policy.
The Packing Process
Having been despatching goods worldwide for the best part of 30 years, we have developed a quality control system for packing which ensures that every effort is made to try and protect your items for their time in transit.
- 1. Firstly our team of professional packers rigorously check all items for damage and defects prior to packing. This ensures that all the goods leaving our warehouse are of first class original manufacturing quality.
- 2. We only use corrugated cardboard boxes and premium packaging materials to pack your goods.
- 3. Delivery specifics are derived straight from the data you input in our checkout area, this ensures that no manual mistakes are made when marking your box with its delivery information.
- 4. We only use industry leading couriers and postal services to deliver your goods.
