Postage Offer

Currently we are offering a 'Free Next Day Delivery' courier service on all orders over £100 to UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. *

This is a 'next working day service' so as long as we receive your confirmed order by 3pm and provided we have the items in stock, your goods will be with you the following working day.

In the rare event that are temporarily out of stock of any items we will notify you by phone or email you with an expected delivery date or an alternative. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish.

Orders that are under £100 are subject to delivery costs; please see below for a list of our delivery services.

* Please Note: There are some restrictions to this postage offer:

  • Lampe Berger Fragrance Orders - Unfortunately due to its flammable nature we are unable to offer this Next Day Delivery service on all Lampe Berger Fragrance Orders. These are sent via Royal Mail, this service takes between 3 - 5 working days.
  • Remote Areas - Unfortunately some postcodes are subject to a £15 remote area delivery surcharge. This charge will be highlighted to you during the checkout process. These regions also incur an additional one working day in transit time.

UK Services

We offer the following UK delivery services, you can calculate your exact shipping charges in your shopping basket:

  • Standard Delivery, Up to 5 Working Days. Prices From £4.95.
  • Next Working Day, 1 Working Day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday. Prices From £7.95.
  • Named Day, Monday to Friday only. Prices From £7.95.
  • Saturday Delivery
  • Royal Mail Delivery (For flammable items Only), 1-3 Working Days. Prices From £4.95.

We cannot guarantee delivery within these timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. These remote areas are also subject to a £15.00 surcharge, these charges will be highlighted to you during the checkout process.


All Deliveries

Please ensure you leave a contact telephone number for us to process your order effectively.

Deliveries are made during normal working hours (Monday - Friday between the hours of 09.00 and 18.00).

Each parcel is sent with live tracking information and requires a signature at the specified delivery address.

In an effort to make receiving your goods easier we give you the opportunity to have your goods delivered and signed for at an alternative address like Work or a Relative or Friend. We can deliver to both residential and business addresses, so with delivery times and signature in mind please select the most appropriate delivery address.

Should you not be there to sign for your parcel a missed delivery card will be left, using this you can arrange one re-delivery attempt free of charge. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to rearrange this re-delivery, although if you experience any difficulties in doing this please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.

Specific Delivery instructions or requests such as, "if no-one is home, please leave in side porch or neighbour at No.42", will be printed and put on your parcel. Please be aware that these instructions are not always actioned. This is a signed for service and to guarantee receipt of your parcel, someone must sign for it.

Prior to signing for any delivery please ensure that you check the contents of the shipment are in good order . Failure to do so may invalidate your shipments insurance.


Insurance

Having been despatching goods worldwide for the best part of 30 years, we have developed a quality control system for packing which ensures that every effort is made to protect your items for their time in transit.

With this in mind we personally guarantee the successful and safe delivery of your items. As such we will therefore cover any loss or damage to your goods while they are in transit.

This guarantee excludes any charges that may be incurred for failed delivery and / or subsequent redeliveries and is subject to our returns policy.


Documentation

As many of the items on our site are purchased as gifts all orders are sent out with documentation containing the details of the items you order excluding price information.

In addition to your confirmation emails a modified VAT invoice containing price information will be emailed directly to you as a PDF file when we despatch the goods to you.


International Orders

We offer a worldwide shipping service, however the prices and services change regularly and vary considerably according to the size and weight of the items and the delivery country. For the most competitive and accurate quote please ‘contact us’ before ordering.

Should you wish to proceed with an order before contacting us your order will be accepted with 'POA' (Price on Application) on the shipping charges screen. Once we receive your order we will then search for the most competitive price and email you  an accurate quotation.

Please note:

  • Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide you with further information.
  • The prices charged on our site are in UK GBP £ Sterling. If you are using an international card or bank account to pay for your goods the exact price you will pay depends on your banks exchange rate at the time of ordering. Please speak to them for further information.
  • Lampe Berger Fragrance Orders - Unfortunately due to its flammable nature we are unable to send any Lampe Berger Fragrance Orders outside of mainland UK. You will need to contact your domestic Lampe Berger agent for more information.
