'Official' Royal Wedding Collection
The 'Official' range of commemorative china endorsed by the Royal Family. These pieces mark the forthcoming wedding of HRH Prince William of Wales and Miss Catherine Middleton on 29 April 2011.
They are commissioned by the Royal Collection with manufacturing profits dedicated to the royal charity. The designs have been crafted and shaped by the personal tastes of kings and queens over more than 500 years. The official Royal Wedding china range bears the couple's entwined initials in gold and silver surmounted by the coronet of Prince William and the wedding date.
The items are hand cast with Devonshire China Clay, with manufacturing and decoration made in North Staffordshire. The boxes and packaging are produced and assembled in Staffordshire.
These pieces are part of the Royal Art Collection, owned by HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
