October 2004 saw the launch of ‘Black Cut', a dramatic new collection of opulent Black and Clear Cut stem and gift ware, designed by John Rocha for Waterford Crystal.

Jet black lead crystal divided in contrast by a strikingly clear, diamond cut band forms the highly memorable signature motif for the ‘Black Cut' range.

The result of which is a real testament to Rocha's fascination with light and shadow. Without a doubt this collection is more in tune with todays lifestyles than the more traditional heavily-cut patterns.

However, like all Waterford creations they will endure for generations to come.
