 David Shuttle Ltd is a premium jewellery & gift retailer based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

The company continues to grow and as such, we are recruiting for additional temporary staff to join our picking & packing team over the busy Christmas period.

The role will encompass a variety of tasks relating to the fulfilment of orders in our warehouse, which may include: stock and order picking, packing, despatch and ensuring inventory accuracy.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed people who are able to work well as part of a team.

Flexible working hours will be required to meet the needs of the business, which may include weekends.

    The ideal candidate will be:

    Physically capable of undertaking manual handling

          Ecommerce Customer Service Executive
          David Shuttle Ltd is a premium jewellery & gift retailer based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
          Working out of our head office this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our successful team and develop their skills.
          Reporting into the website development manager and company directors the successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers and handle telephone, email and live chat enquiries as received from our e-commerce channels.
          Based at our head office in Beaconsfield this is a full-time position working Monday to Friday during the hours of 09.00-17.30.
          We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced person to hit the ground running.
          To be successful in this role candidates will need to have;
          Strong experience of working in a customer service role
          Excellent verbal communication skills
          Professional and polite telephone manner
          Ability to convert enquiries into sales
          Ability to listen, empathise and engage with customers and staff alike
          The candidate will also need to be:
          Ideally experience of working in an e-commerce environment.
          Experience with Photoshop and/or other image editing software.
          Experience with content management systems.
          Knowledge and understanding of;
          SEO and web copywriting.
