TheClassic 3-ply Stainless Steel collection from Le Creuset combines stylish
design with premium quality materials for superb cooking results. Featuring a
special high-technology, 3-layer construction - a core of aluminium sandwiched
between two layers of premium-grade stainless steel - the pans heat quickly and
evenly from base to rim. Thoughtful design touches include an all-round pouring
rim for precise pouring and capacity markings inside saucepans and deep
casseroles. The fastest-heating cookware from Le Creuset is available in a wide
choice of shapes and sizes; there is a piece to suit every cooking occasion.
The range is suitable for all
heat sources, including induction, and oven-safe* to 260°C (glass lids to
220°C/Gas Mark 7). It is also dishwasher-safe.
