Our Loyalty Program
What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points are our way of showing appreciation. Simply by creating an account with us you are signed up to our Loyalty Program which allows you to earn Loyalty Points. You can then use these points to redeem voucher codes to spend on site.
For every £1 you spend with us you receive 3 points!

For every 500 points you have earnt you can save £5. If you have earnt 2000 points you will have the choice of redeeming a £5, £10 or £20 voucher. Follow our how-to-guide on how to spend your points.
From your Customer Account you are able to view your total points, minimum needed to redeem. Loyalty points will expire after 13 months. Points will expire in the order from which they were first earned. Points can be redeemed as promotional codes only.
Reward points are capped at a minimum value required for redemption. The smallest value voucher that can be used for redemption is £5. Therefore, you cannot redeem any points until you have a minimum of 500 points.

Our loyalty program is online only and cannot be used within our store. You can select “Collect In Store” as a delivery method when you checkout online.
Approved: Your points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: Your points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This takes 30 days from delivery of your order.
Cancelled: Your points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will remove you from Loyalty points and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just create a new account and log in. However, your point total will begin from zero.
