For every 500 points you have earnt you can save £5. If you have earnt 2000 points you will have the choice of redeeming a £5, £10 or £20 voucher.
If you make a purchase you will immediately earn points, that will show as 'pending' for 30 days (Standard Return Policy) in your account. After 30 days you can then spend those on your next purchase.
From your Customer Account you are able to view your total points, minimum needed to redeem. Loyalty points will expire after 14 months. Points will expire in the order from which they were first earned. Points can be redeemed as promotional codes only.
Reward points are capped at a minimum value required for redemption. The smallest value voucher that can be used for redemption is £5. Therefore, you cannot redeem any points until you have a minimum of 500 points.
No, amazingly there is no minimum purchase value, however, shipping fees may be applied.

Approved: Your points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: Your points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This takes 30 days from delivery of your order.
Cancelled: Your points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Yes, eventually your Loyalty Points will expire. They are valid for 14 months from the point of purchase, after that, they will expire, so be sure to use them before that happens.
Our loyalty program is online only and cannot be used within our store. You can select “Collect In Store” as a delivery method when you checkout online.
