Delivery Information
Delivering your items safely and securely is our number one priority. We use an experienced packing team, the most effective materials, and where possible, recycled packaging to minimize environmental impact. Our commitment is to both your satisfaction and sustainability.
Delivery Promotion
We currently are offering free standard delivery on orders over £60 and free express delivery on orders over £125. This is applicable to all UK mainland addresses.
Standard Delivery
Free delivery when you spend £60 and over, £5.95 for orders under £60.
Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
We use Royal Mail and UPS for our standard delivery service.
Royal Mail
- You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- You will receive a notification from Royal Mail once they have received your parcel and provide a delivery date.
- You can choose different delivery options if you're not going to be in. These options are: leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place, or deliver on a different day.
- On the day of delivery they will specify a timeframe of when they expect to deliver.
- Royal Mail will send a final email to confirm your order has been delivered.
UPS
- You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- On the day of delivery they will specify a timeframe of when they expect to deliver.
- UPS will send a final email to confirm your order has been delivered.
If you want to track your order you will have been sent a tracking link on your order dispatch email from us that will take you to the couriers tracking page.

Express Delivery
Free delivery when you spend £125 and over, £10 for orders under £125.
Orders have to be placed before 3pm to be delivered the following working day. If you placed your order on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend it will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

We use DPD & Royal Mail for our next working day service.
DPD
- You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- You can choose different delivery options and reply to this message if you’re not going to be in. These options are: leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place, or deliver on a different day.
- You’ll receive a notification confirming your estimated delivery time on the day of delivery.
- DPD deliver between 7:30 am – 6pm and all deliveries must be signed for, unless you have specified a safe place via text message.
- If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left to instruct you on what to do next.

International Deliveries
We offer a worldwide shipping service and exact charges are advised in the shopping basket when selecting the destination country.
After placing your order please send us the extra info required as detailed below by country to Customers@DavidShuttle.com
