What are Loyalty Points?



Loyalty Points are our way of showing appreciation. You can earn points just by visiting our site or social media accounts. You earn points on your purchases at 3 points for every £1 spent and additional points for following us on social media, referring a friend and on your birthday. The more you collect the more you can save.

Spending Your Points



For every 500 points you have earnt you can save £5. If you have earnt 2000 points you will have the choice of redeeming a £5, £10 or £20 voucher.




Managing your Loyalty Points



From your Customer Account you are able to view your total points, minimum needed to redeem. Loyalty points will expire after 13 months. Points will expire in the order from which they were first earned. Points can be redeemed as promotional codes only.



Loyalty Points Minimums



Reward points are capped at a minimum value required for redemption. The smallest value voucher that can be used for redemption is £5. Therefore, you cannot redeem any points until you have a minimum of 500 points.



Refer a Friend



We think if you love us then your friends will love us too! Why not give them 15% discount on their first order. If they create a customer account and shop on our site, you’ll receive 1500 points to redeem for yourself.


When your friend has completed their order, your points will be awarded to you after a 30-day pending period.

How can I view my points?



You can view your points under your account in the Loyalty points section.



Can I redeem my points for cash?



No, redeeming cash is not allowed and can only be used for promotional codes.



Can I earn and redeem points in store?



Our loyalty program is online only and cannot be used within our store. You can select “Collect In Store” as a delivery method when you checkout online.



What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?



Approved: Your points can be redeemed on rewards immediately


Pending: Your points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This takes 30 days from delivery of your order.


Cancelled: Your points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)



How do I leave Loyalty Points?



If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will remove you from Loyalty points and you will lose any points you have accrued.



What happens if I leave and decide to join again?



Just create a new account and log in. However, your point total will begin from zero.
