As part of our loyalty points program, we want to reward you for being a loyal customer at David Shuttle. The more you spend, the more you save! Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue loyalty points, which are redeemable for promotional codes, to be used towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer. You can easily earn points for certain actions you take on the site, such as making purchases.
Earn loyalty points as you spend at David Shuttle, for every £1 you spend you earn 3 points which can be saved and spent online.
Your loyalty points can be redeemed online, for every 500 points you have saved you can save £5.
2. LOG IN and shop our website, your points will be added automatically. In your account section, you will see your points total.
3. When you have earned £5 worth of loyalty points, you can go to your account and redeem a reward.
4. Enter your reward code in the PROMOTIONAL CODE section in your bag.
Loyalty Points Minimums
Reward points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption. Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.
Manage Your Loyalty Points
You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total loyalty points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.
1. Points can be redeemed as promotional codes only. Redeeming to cash is not allowed.
2. You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the Loyalty Points section of the My Account area.
Refer A Friend
We think if you love us then your friends will love us too! So, why not give them 5% to spend on their first order worth £50 or more and you'll receive 1000 points to redeem for rewards for yourself or save them for something bigger!
When your friend has completed their order, you will see your points pending under the account section ( this will take 14 days to be approved). Once approved, you can exchange your points for rewards or keep earning points to spend on a future date!
What is the Loyalty Points programme?

How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, leaving product reviews and making purchases on our site. If you have just signed up, you will earn points on your orders placed in the last 3 days.
How do I view my point balance?
Please sign-in to your account and navigate towards “My Account” and then “Loyalty Points” to see your balance.
How do I use my points?
Once logged in, select the tab called *Get Rewards*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we have on offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
“Approved” These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
“Pending” These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and usually takes 14 days.
“Cancelled” These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel an order (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you are still not seeing your points, please get in touch.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Yes, please use your points to redeem a reward, a promotional code, which can then be applied in your bag, before the checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

How do I view my Loyalty Points balance?
Please log in and navigate to "My Account" in the top right, then select “Loyalty Scheme” on the left-hand side. You can see your available points on the new page"
How do I view my rewards?
To view the rewards you have not yet redeemed, please navigate to "My Account" in the top right, then select “Loyalty Scheme” on the left-hand side. You can see your claimed and unclaimed rewards through this window.
How do I use my codes?
Please select the reward you would like to claim. This will generate a promotional code you can use in the bag, before checkout.
Will my points expire?
Loyalty points are set to expire after 13 months without an order. Points will expire in the order from which they were first earned.
