The versatile Swiss Roll Tray is also ideal for use as a small baking tray. The wide rim on the outside of Le Creuset tin, featuring heat-resistant silicone inserts for added grip, makes lifting a full tin easier and safer, especially when taking to and from a hot oven.

Each tin in the Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Bakeware range is made from heavy-gauge carbon steel. This material is perfect for all types of baking as heat spreads gently and efficiently for an even bake without burning. It is also strong and rigid which means the tins retain their shape and will not bend or twist. The inside and outside of each tin has a durable, non-stick coating for excellent release - food simply slides out with ease.

Care and Use: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For best results lightly grease the inside of the pan before each use. Oven safe to 240°C. Not suitable for any hob use or to be used under a grill. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended. After each use, handwash your Bakeware, dry well and store in a dry place.
