Le Creuset's 27cm Roasting Tin is ideal for making everything from the crispiest roast potatoes or a smaller mid-week roast to baked fish and pasta recipes. It is crafted from heavy-gauge, hard anodized, forged aluminium for excellent warp resistance and providing even heat spread and retention.Each piece is coated with a black, reinforced non-stick coating for extra strength and maximum heat absorption. The folded, secure grip handles give the product a premium and comfortable to hold finish whilst the nestable functionality allows for efficient storage.

Care and Use: Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For best results lightly grease the inside of the pan before each use. Oven safe to 260°C and grill safe - allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Not suitable for any hob use. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended.Dishwasher safe.
