The blades are made in France from a stainless steel and carbon alloy, which is absolutely necessary for a perfect cutting edge. The acrylic handles are handcrafted for softness, ergonomics and aesthetics. The colours are mass dyed. Sabre incorporates goldsmithing skill, the art of a job well done.

How do I clean my Sabre cutlery?

The Bistrot collection is dishwasher safe at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges. If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
