The Laguiole Influence

Among Claude Dozorme’s most popular products are its Laguiole steak knives. Laguiole, although often mistaken for a brand, is actually a style of knife originating from the village of Laguiole in southern France. Historically, Laguiole knives were folding pocket knives used by shepherds and farmers in the region.
