How long is a Gift Voucher valid for?

The Gift Card will expire 12 months from purchase.

How do they arrive?

Each gift card is printed on white card and shipped out in a white non-branded envelope. A copy is also digitally sent to the email address on the order.

Can I add a gift message?

A gift message is available to be added for no extra charge. Simply contact our customer service team on customers@davidshuttle.com with a copy of your order number and the gift message you would like to add.

How long does it take for a gift voucher to arrive?

Depending on the delivery option, the physical copy can take between 1-5 working days. The digital copy will be sent within 1 working day from purchase.
